CTO/Team Head SaaS Development (f/m/d)

We are cxomni, a startup founded in 2015. We operate the leading SaaS solution for professional Customer Journey Management and Journey Analytics. cxomni is used by large corporates in Europe and North America and is permanently at the innovative edge for the benefit of our users. According to Forrester cxomni is one of the leaders in Journey Mapping Platforms in 2022. We are based in Munich, Germany, but we practice a hybrid work structure in which we successfully combine remote work with occasional working sessions in presence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of a diverse development team (up to 10 persons including Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data Science)
  • Account for development of state-of-the-art, innovative cloud-native microservices
  • System and process optimization by mentoring the team members in the agile process (SCRUM)
  • Technical and personal coaching of employees
  • You recognize and establish innovative technological trends
  • Further development of strategies to optimize our code, optimize infrastructure utilization, enhance performance and provide information security under our ISMS based on ISO 27001 certification
  • Close cooperation with product management and PO in the planning and implementation of our roadmap
  • From time-to-time you will pitch our outstanding architecture and technical solutions to tec-interested customers and investors

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years professional experience as Software Architect / Senior Developer and Team Lead
  • An open, digital and international mindset
  • Very good knowledge of some of the following technologies:
    Javascript, Go, MongoDB, ArangoDB, Vue.js, Kafka, FeathersJs, MySQL, HTML, CSS, PHP, Python, R
  • Good knowledge of performance and scalability of cloud-based infrastructures
  • A good sense of optimal UX
  • Possibly first experience with applications in the field of data mining or data analytics or AI-based analytics
  • Enjoying the development and finding new solutions
  • Analytical skills, teamwork, an independent working style in an agile team and a high degree of quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills in English and German (optional)
  • Based in CET timezone and operating from a broad-bandwidth dedicated remote office

Project Manager Software Rollout (f/m/d) – remote

We are cxomni, a startup founded in 2015. We develop and sell a leading SaaS solution for professional Customer Experience Management (CXM) and Customer Journey Management. cxomni is used by large companies in Europe and North America and is constantly being enhanced in the interests of our users. Our home base is in Munich, but we practice a hybrid work structure in which we successfully combine work from the home office with occasional working sessions in presence.

To strengthen our Customer Success Team we are looking for you as a proactive and enthusiastic Project Manager Software Rollout (f/m/d).

You will support our mostly English-speaking customers in the implementation and rollout of the cxomni. With your willingness to strengthen and share your subject matter expertise in Customer Experience Management as well as your deep knowledge of our application, you manage to understand and conceptually address the needs of our users. During the project you will build a close customer relationship and act as a central and reliable contact person for all project issues.

Your Tasks

  • You play a key role in customizing & rollout projects of our SaaS solution and ensure the achievement of objectives and as a result the success of the projects assigned to you.
  • You keep an eye on deadlines and quality, costs and profitability as well as customer satisfaction at all times – in close cooperation with our customers’ project manager and/or their consultants.
  • Within the projects, you also take responsibility for the content by developing suitable application concepts together with the customer. Part of this is also a meaningful derivation or mapping of Corporate Taxonomy and Corporate Terminology
    of our customers’ organization.
  • As a customer advocate, you help to convert customer feedback internally into valuable actionable insights. You are a link
    to product management and can put out any fires that arise with our support team.

Your Qualification

  • Based on a business or technical degree, or a comparable qualification, you have already gained relevant experience
    in the management of software projects in large organizations.
  • You have methodological competence in (agile) project management, e. g. with JIRA, and in teaching training content for software applications.
  • You also have a proven track record as a power user in the application of enterprise software – preferably CRM, CXM, BI or Content Management systems – and you are familiar with the phases of software implementation and rollout projects.
  • You have first experiences in the documentation of “corporate content”.
  • You communicate reliably in English, both verbally and in writing, in a clearly understandable, charming and eloquent manner
  • You are reliable in direct interaction and retain diplomatic skills in critical situations.

Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) – remote

To strengthen our team we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager (f/m/d).

You will help our English (and if possible German) speaking customers to achieve success with the CXM Cloud and thus build close customer relationships. With your willingness to strengthen and share your expertise in Customer Experience Management as well as your deep knowledge of our application, you will be able to foster the enthusiasm of our users.

Your Tasks

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you play a key role in account management.
  • You ensure healthy customer relationships and have a feel for the right level of dialog.
  • You understand our customers’ desire for progress and find the right balance between customer needs and feasibility.
    To do this, you collaboratively develop technically and professionally appropriate application concepts to make the best
    use of our extensive software suite.
  • You ensure that our customers feel well “supported” right from the start, organize the implementation and ensure
    a smooth onboarding process.
  • As a customer advocate, you help to convert customer feedback internally into valuable tasks for us, are a link to
    product management and can put out any fires that arise with our support team.
  • You (re)activate customers to keep them loyal to the product in the long run and recognize when upselling makes
    sense and share this potential with sales.

Your Qualification

  • Based on a business or technical degree, or a comparable qualification, you have already proven to be a successful power user in the application and rollout of enterprise software – preferably CRM, ERP, BI or content management systems.
  • You communicate confidently in English (and ideally also in German), both written and spoken, in a clearly
    understandable, charming and eloquent manner, exude confidence and reliability in direct exchanges and
    maintain diplomatic skills in critical situations.
  • You have basic knowledge in project management and in conveying training content for software application.
