Information security and data protection are key elements of cxomni SaaS solutions. It is important to us to protect your data and justify your high level of trust. That is why we have taken far-reaching technical and organizational measures to ensure that information is processed securely and in compliance with data protection laws. Our philosophy is „Security by Design”, which is expected and valued by our customers with the highest security requirements in the banking/insurance/pharmaceutical sector. Our processes are based on the legal framework of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) as well as current standards and guidelines such as ISO/IEC 27001.

We use a wide range of security features to protect your data.

Encryption during transmission

All data is encrypted during transmission using the industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Encryption at rest

Data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES encryption (AES-256).

Single sign-on (SSO)

Increase the level of security by configuring SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO).

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Increase security by enabling 2FA or using an SSO provider that supports 2FA or MFA

Backups

Automatic encrypted database backups stored for up to 30 days.

Data export

Export your data in open and standardized formats at any time.
