1. What is the licensing model based on? Number of users or number of journeys/touchpoints?
Our licensing model is based on the number of users. The smallest package includes up to 10 author users. There is no limit to the number of journeys or touchpoints.
2. Do read-only users incur extra costs?
No, read-only users are unlimited and free of charge.
3. Can licenses be reassigned, or are they tied to specific names?
Licenses are not name-bound and can be reassigned at any time.
4. Are there different suites or service packages?
Yes, we offer two packages: Enterprise and Enterprise PLUS. Both have the same functionality but differ in capacity (e.g., more API calls for AI, more API integrations). EnterprisePLUS also includes SSO (Single Sign-On).
5. What are the differences between Enterprise and Enterprise PLUS?
For a detailed comparison, please refer to the table above, which presents an overview of our pricing packages. In general, both packages offer the same functionality but differ in capacity and additional features such as SSO.
6. Are there hidden costs or additional charges for support/API integrations?
No, there are no hidden costs. However, we optionally offer professional services for framework development and strategic guidance through our Customer Success Managers.
7. How is onboarding charged?
There is a one-time fee, depending on the number of users that need to be onboarded.
8. Is there a minimum contract term, or can I cancel monthly?
The minimum contract term is 36 months.
9. Can I adjust my subscription flexibly if my company grows or shrinks?
Upgrading is possible at any time.
10. In which currencies do you offer your pricing?
We invoice exclusively in euros. The customer bears the exchange rate risk, and billing is based on the current exchange rate at the time of invoicing.
11. Is there a free trial version?
No, but feel free to contact us regarding a non-binding trial version.
